Pricing What's the deal??

I got a call from another Hummer dealer. He offered $1000.00 more for my trade and all options at invoice. Ran it past the fist guy and he said he would not loose on price. Since the truck is not in yet I have some time. Seems like the dealers are ready to drop the prices. Anyone have any advice? I will give the first guy my business even if his price ends up a little higher. His dealership is only 20 miles away.The guy who called is across the state; but he wanted to deliver a 2004 with just a phone call.
