Can anyone help me with a GMID Certificate?

If you can wait until Sept. 1, I can give you an authorization number.
We are allotted two per month, and I gave up August's allotment early in the month. So, I have two more coming in Sept.
If you can hold off a few days, just email me with the required information:
Date of birth, and
Last four of your SSN.

One of my numbers is promised out for Sept. but I do have one left.

If you can't wait, write me anyway and I can ask some of my co-workers to see if they have an authorization number left to give.

Have to be honest, love to sway you into a Hummer instead of a Jeep. After all, that is what this GMID plan is all about.
