Oh, to add to this:
According to the USGS monitoring equipment last night, the flood waters were flowing anywhere from 1800 to 2300 Cubic Feet per Minute. This is from a station upstream from the actual location.
I rarely use profanity on boards, but geez - what a dumbass.
