I have had 2 back up accidents in my own driveway, costing me $5K in repairs to 2 other cars. Both cases I did not even look, 4 tons Hummer backed staright into visitors' car/SUV. My own home my own driveway far from street no neighbor no strangers no traffic, I just backed out as I always did. The fault was my peewee brain. Audio alarm would have given me 1-2 seconds to step on the brake, it is always on whether I look or not, blind spot or not, peewee brain or not.
Based on my unfortunately experiences, I will add double or triple safety features to my butt. If anyone else has any systems to recommend, please let me know.
