You would get a tire carrier that would attach to the rear bumper of your H2. This is a aftermarket product that would allow the tire to swing outward so to open the rear hatch. You can also cover the tire with a canvis cover or a hard cover painted body color. Check out the sites listed on the H2 Accessory link on this forum.
