Once again my H2 got messed with while I'm at the gym. The bastards gained entry through the passenger-side door handle. They found my wallet and took nothing else. I'd like to thank GM for saving themselves $10 in metal and giving so charitably to the poor in making such an easy vehicle to break into.

Can someone, aside from the jokes, direct me to any real solutions to this? In particular, some powder-coated black metal plates that attach over the plastic? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

Sorry to hear that Happened to me few months ago too

While I don't have a solution to the door handle problem. I did install an aftermarket alarm so at least it will go off, unlike the factory alarm And since nobody pays attention to alarms going off nowadays, I installed the siren inside the cabin. I figure no thief in the right mind would want to stay in there and risk his hearing + not aware what's going on outside.. And for outside, instead of the common pulsing horn, mine is steady on - it's loud and annoying so it get's attention
