Peter,
I used to live in Salina, Ks about 90 miles from Wichita. Having been involved with my brother-in-law building Jeeps, I'm familiar with the "assembled title". Unless things have changed in the last 7 years "assembled" is a fancy word for rebuilt or salvaged.
