Hi All,
I have been reading the various posts here dealing with broken transfer cases, wheels falling off, etc...
I have owned my 03 H2 for around 5 months now....I have only noticed a slight water leak & the fact that the lazy bastards at GM did not bother to rust proof the metal dash framework.
Here is my question: Has Hummer addressed any of the more serious issues in the 04 model?
I have a chance to trade mine in for an 04 H2 with as little as $4000 cash difference..(my 03 H2 only has 650 miles on it).
After hearing of all of the mechanical failures and such, I am almost too worried to put the family in this thing and go down the highway in it. Imagine cruising down the interstate at 70mph and have the front wheel assembly fall off. I do have a friend whos H2's rear drive shaft dropped on to the pavement.
TIA, Jati
