There are several dealers already actually, but you end up paying way over the odds over there. A 'basic' H2 (lux package, uplevel chrome) will set you back $90000.00 in Sweden at the moment.
Same vehicle will cost you around $84000.00 in the UK.
One of my local dealers just sold a '03 H2, lux, 22000miles on the clock with nothing added for $57000.00
Mmm.. wonder why I decided to import mine myself
for entertainment value, snipped from GM guidelines;

Since its introduction, we have been proud to offer this best-in-class off-road
performance truck capable of exploring the earth's four-corners, and returning
safely. All overseas customers must purchase through an authorized overseas
HUMMER dealership. We will continue to look at other locations that may suit
the distribution of HUMMERS. Please visit the following link to the HUMMER
website at http://www.hummer.com and select "Outside the US" for locations overseas.
General Motors is studying the overseas market to determine possible
distribution; however no firm date has been announced. The exporting of the
HUMMER H1, H2, H2 SUT, and any of its products from the United States is
prohibited.
United States and Canadian dealership will not sell HUMMERS to a consumer with
the intent of export. Please be advised that if you purchase an HUMMER from an
unauthorized source or do successfully ship an HUMMER out of the United States,
the General Motors factory warranty that comes with the vehicle will be null and
void and all service work usually covered under this warranty will be the sole
responsibility of the purchaser. Again we apologize for the inconvenience.
