Jason, Have them check the MASS FLOW AIR SENSOR & MODULE. It also may be just a software glitch that will go away when restarted. It will either be a sensor, a relay, or a faulty plug module or one that got bumped during some modifications.
It is really no big deal. I hope you tried a restrt when you pulled over (A TOTAL COLD START - DISCONNECT TERMINAL OF BATTERY FOR 60 SECONDS) reconnect and restart.
