According to the tests, the belltronics is the best.

Hmm, my radar detector doesn't run, it justs kind of sits there and detects radar... sorry, I'm hung over... bad joke. I actually don't use one in my H2 because it's my slow car. One of the reasons I bought a truck is so that I slow down and stop getting tickets. But in my M cars I have valentine 1s that are hard wired to displays in my mirrors. prtty cool. Plus I have lidatek laser jammers in the front grills. Trust me, they actually do work. I have sped by cops with laser guns, and I look in my rearview and they are turning over the guns looking at them like WTF... really funny. Hey canuck guys like spidey and Dennis, are radar detectors legal in the great white north?

Bad, How fast do you go to need one? Do you have a turbo on your H2 or what? What you need is a radar jammer! I know there around but not legal to own. Just slow down dude! BIG-C

But the Stealth VRCD Active Jammer was a neat idea in its day!

The Passport lines have rated the best for several years. I have an escort passport 8500 hardwired into my XL Denali but put an old Bel in the H2.

I have been wanting to get the passport sr7 put into the H2 but it's just always been on the back burner.

By the way, detectors are not just for evading tickets. They provide alerts to all sorts of things such as emergency vehicles and clandestine road blocks.

The radartest site was created by an "independent consultant" that was refused employment by Valentine One.

Draw your own conclusions.

I have tested all the big names and the only detector that I run is the Valentine One.

It Flashes----It Makes Noise----Has saved me hundreds----It Works. That's all that matters.

I am most pleased with the performance, of my--Noisy, flashy, EARLY WARNING SYSTEM!!!

I think that the Valentine One is the best that I have seen on the market and the only other radar detector that got higher marks was the K40 which is installed in the Ferrari and Porsche.. So I think that I will go with the V1 as all the people I know that have them have never gotten a ticket...

How did you do that???
I'm having my Valentine hard wired in my Z06 today, but I'll be able to take it out to use in the H2 for trips.
Also, where can I find out more about the lidatek?
