Not a Cadi Navi, but a different version.

That is a pic of the SUT concept. The nav shown is just a proposed look and is one of a kind - unfortunately.

I just bought an Avalanche, but I still might get it. Haven't decided yet.

I am going to keep my spot at my dealership (1st), and decide when it gets a little closer.

Well, Dennis has posted recently in other threads, so I take it the NAV install went sour and he doesn't want to discuss it...

Klaus, Dan,

I've been holding of on a reply since I feel like a horses ass. My 2004 NAV system came about 3 weeks ago. It will fit nicely, but the fargin service guy now tells me they need the 2004 wiring harness and a wiring mod. I really hope I don't end up getting stuck with this if it doesn't work( paid $2460.00CAN).

Their audio specialists tells me it will work but now I must shut my yap until I see it running.

Sorry for the ignored reply...feel like an ass. Hopefully not for long.

Thanks for the update Dennis. I was afraid this upgrade would be difficult. Things should get better in the next few weeks, as the 2004s get to the dealerships. Once your dealer gets their hands on a 2004 with factory NAV, they can see what has changed and what is needed to upgrade a 2003 model.

I still say your best bet is going to be the 2003 Cadillac Nav system...
