Ok, ok, ok... Opinions are like *******s... everybody's got one and the other guy's usually stinks.
Let's just agree to disagree. Let the prospective powdercoater decide(yes) whether or not(the right way) to strip the wheels first(do it) or not(you'll be sorry if you don't).
