What ever happened to good ole' "not being lazy" lifestyle. I just got back from Rome, walking the streets until my feet fell off, and not once saw an overweight italian even with all the fattening traditional food that's eaten there. Driving the streets there would be suicide so everyone walks to the buses, metros, destinations, etc. every day.

Came back to the states and realized that we are just plain spoiled and lazy. It's amazing how comfortable us Americans have become with having everything at our finger tips.

Move to a country where driving isn't an option and you'll be slender and healthy within a month!

I love this country, don't get me wrong, and I'm just as bad as the next person but I was amazed by the realization of how much Americans really do have compared to other parts of the world.

I recommend buying a bike and throwing away the pills.
