I would go for a big compressor cas I am too lazy to get a tank filled and it would sit there empty. Incidently, the compressor that comes with the air package is not bad. I can get from 20 to 45 in about 5-10 minutes per tire.

Note to Adam, I finally fixed my air hose.

What size tire? I can air up a 32 from 13 to 30 in about 45 seconds with an air tank.

IIRC needing the compressor to run 20-40 minutes means you need a continuous duty pump. the others will need to rest probably between tires.

I went with outback air http://www.okoffroad.com/stuff-tank.htm you can put one together for less, but not much.

with your big Hummers I would take a serious look at the trailhead, and maybe even running a BIG external air tank. [I presume you have some room under your 37 acre hood ;-)] because they put out the power, I also would suggest poking around those web sites for info regarding aircompressors. There is some good info regarding the TYPE of pump
