Maybe the military has changed, they spend spare time bashing Japanese car, but I don't think so. Today's officers are well trained in PR management, anyone stupid enough to pulled a stunt like this was ready for nasty early retirement. Punks, union organizers and bullies do these sort of things. The risk to military equipment and driver, waste of time for the military police and fire engine crew. Career-minded officers in well run units have no need for these types of **** risk on their resumes.
