Nope - no run flats. M3 comes with M Mobility system (electric compressor and tire goop).
How do I know - I had one myself.
CORRECTION - I apologize. It appears that some 2003+ cars came with runflats if a certain wheel size was ordered. They did not come on any 2001 or 2002 car and only appeared on some 2003 models.
