Most of the way! I don't ever use the midgate as the back is always full of tools/equipment, but I could fold it down if I needed to.

Sorry, I meant do the bottoms of the seats fold back down fully? I didn't think there was that much clearance under the seat for a battery. |

We did remove the black plastic bottoms, but drop into place just fine.

I wonder how the subs sound from that location? So do you get any sound problems with the seat being so close to the sub? What amps are you using? Whats your opinion of JuggerNaut's? The mounting options I would imagine, force you to do it that way. The battery location seems interesting too.
