Go with the DSA FAL, I have L1A1 it is a little heavy but a great shooter I love the adjustable gas setting on those rifles. You can shoot anykind, thing or crap through it. When you get a stoppage from carbon build up after a couple hundred rounds just crank up the adjustment and get her rockin again.

I still want a AR variant but I am probably getting a new FAL and build it out as a good shooter out to 800m or so. You can scope them with the new cover plate and they stay accurate.

Has anyone read the deal about New York City hiring PIs to go and pretend to straw purchase weapons at dealers in other states? They are now suing something like 15 dealers in several other states.
