I pulled my OEM guard off last night in 20 minutes. The dealer chose not to reinstall the screws from the backside when they put the guard on. I was saved

I think there are total of 8 bolts underneath. The front bumper and the plastic part are connected but you can separate them after you removed the front bumper.

Make sure to remove the skid plate first....the bolts are on the side part of the bumper. Oh, don't forget the tow hooks.

Do it the easy way and have the dealer install it.
