Steering binding?

My 2004 H2 has been having problems with intermittant High Open indicator, and Binding front end Occasionally, The dealer said no trouble found at 32,000 mi. and again at 35,000 mi. Then at 38,800 mi. after the Factory warranty had expired they found a broken shift fork and coller in the T-case, and they repaired it for over a $1100.00 Then at 40,000+ mi. They found that the pump in the T-case was dry and the planetary gear was fried, After they were the ones that had REPAIRED the T-case, and I paid them about $800 for new synthetic fluids in both Difs and the T-case (the 40,000 mi. service) now they will probably have to replace the T-case Thankfully I paid for the extended warranty
