yup it is...i dun learned that from this website just the other day that mine was a 4 wheeler...and to think i thought that meant it had 4 wheels....

Last trip to death valley I'm heading home and gave up and stopped in Reno to sleep about 1 a.m.
I valet the rig at a casino/hotel. Body protection magnets still on, filthy from running the desert for two days, gas cans strapped to the gobi, CB antenna still up. Valet guy says: "Nice Hummer....do you take it off road?"
