Sounds like Quadratec is outsourcing from Dumbville like other companys trying to save a buck. Ever tried using cust. support at Dell ? You talk to a script reading , barely understandable dude from India. NOW thats fun! Hey F5Fstop,,, sure like to see a pic or 2 of your rig with those lights..

I dealt with Dell once, and since then have used HPs, Compaqs or Toshiba.

I'll be getting some photos of the Hummer in the Moab area, first of July.
