I say set up a day to allow all sex offenders to go to the park. On that day keep all kids away.
Invite Drty and friends over and then commence TARGET practice with all the weapons they have
This would save a lot of headaches down the road

Yeah, IMO- once you are deemed a sexual offender you are not civil and you should have no liberties.
