Just got back from spending 4 hrs in the pouring down rain surveying some property I'm buying. 1.2 acres w/125' of waterfront 25 miles from town. Guy selling it is a crazy hermit who's lived in a 5th wheel since the 80's - he's got 2 other camper trailers, blue tarps, a mangy dog and 30 cats. But the property has tons of big trees (100-120' firs), and has room for a 30' x 60' shop (which was what I was up there surveying). The shop (1800 sq ft) will be bigger than my house (1600 sq ft).

Still 8 months away until it's done, can't wait!
