Lever 1 was bent so bad it wouldn't even release the seat from folded. And Lever 2 was bent pretty bad too. But fixable.
It took me an my buddy 10 beers a piece and a few hours to get Lever 1 fixed enough to release the seat from folded, but there was nothing we could do for that plastic.
