Just dropped my dad off at the airport to fly out there this morning. Guess I should have asked if he packed a coat

Sorry, couldn't pass that up. The only really difference that I am aware of is the '06 has the 3.5 liter engine but the '07 is bumped up to a 3.7 liter.

that means more hp..?? or about the same ? did they add any 3rd roll seat..

Yes, 20 or 25 more HP. Not a huge amount but it is about a 10% bump. No 3rd row and to be honest, I don't see them adding one and if the did it would be almost useless anyway.
