Re: H3's on the Rubicon
I'm speechless. Wow. The sun set. The lake. (Did I say I was speechless? )
Hope Ouray will be at least as pretty. What's the GPS coordinate for the Rubicon trails? I wonder how far it is from TX. Thanks for the pics. Bebe, now I know why I did not get the lockers

Long story short, I know better than to leave my locker on, but with the problems I was having with the switch, I did not want to turn it off. It may not have turned back on. Then I really would have been in trouble.

I suppose it's possible, but...
BYOWATS!
(bring your own winch and tree strap)
35's are a must I think too.

I was running 33's and the winch made up for the difference . I would not have used the winch as much with 35's

All I can say is...wow!
You 3Bies have my total respect. I humbly bow to your letting it all out on the trail.
...now planning a Rubicon trip for July 2007...

Thanks BeBe, I always have a great time with people like you that give 100%.
You're absolutely right about my lines though, my lines are mostly restricted by width, I can tilt pretty far (up to 47*), and my ground clearance is 25" down the center. By winter, I should have a 90* approach angle, 80* departure angle, front and rear 12000# winches, and plenty of lighting. My downfall is the weight of my truck at 8000# and the 7 feet of width.
I would still love to do the trail with a nice mix of dedicated wheelers, it makes it interesting!
