Okay, I took some quick measurements and with 315's and 2.5 turns on the t-bars:
Front Bumper = 35"
Rear Bumper = 31"
Point A = 12.5"
I didn't measure under the skid as it's too damn hot 
and Reed (my 3 y/o) didn't have the patience.
