Stock Amp??? HELP!!!

I have a 06 with the Navigation radio in it. Yesterday on my way home the radio went out, by that you can't hear it but the radio is working fine. I know there is a seperate amp somewhere. Is the amp fused? Also where is it located so that I can look to see if a harness just came loose. It didnt pop or anything before it went out so I am hoping its a loose connection or blown fuse. It is so damn hot here that I'm hoping the heat loosened something up and it is a minor fix since I am going out of town and need some tunes for the ride.
Last can someone recommend a ipod interface that actually works, I know there is alot of info on the subject already but a need a quick answer.

I just checked the 30a fuse on the block is OK any other suggestions?

Pretty much no way that a plug came loose--they have lock down tabs that must be pressed on fairly hard to get them to come out. Run it over to the dealer and let them figure it out for you. Could be a bad amp/head or possibly need a reflash from the tech II computer.
