Alan, if you're running Holy Crap on one of those days, I'd be more than happy to ride shotgun in your truck and leave mine at the trailhead. This way we can still get home at the end of the day.

I'd be happy to run something else. I can save Holy Cross for a day when not many people want to come.
Oh, thanks Rocks & CP. I don't feel so lonely now.

Re: Colorado Wheeling - weekend of 9/2?
Lets run Eagle ROck. That trail is hella tough but not as ruthless as Holy Cross. CsrkH2 and Alec ran it with me and I'd like to speak for them and say they had a blast. That trail is tough, and real tough if you take all of the optional obstacles.........
ohhh, and it's a pretty drive also

Re: Colorado Wheeling - weekend of 9/2?
I could probably make it Saturday but definitely not Sunday
And yes, it was the hardest trail I've been on (harder than Golden Spike), Uphill stretches with large moguls & lots of loose sand/dirt, plus the bonus of tight trees and boulder obstacles.

I think a lot of the Colorado trails are harder that Golden Spike because of the loose stuff. The H2s are simply made for Golden Spike with the wheelbase.
I can't wait to get these new tires out on a trail. We bailed last weekend because of the massive rain.

UPDATED PLANS:
I've talked to some of the locals. Wheeling will be at Spring Creek on Saturday. H2s will PWN the rock garden.
This is the official, unchangeable, finalized plans......
....subject to change at any moment.

FIXED!
That trail would have been crazy in the rain btw. one water crossing would have been too deep and there's one hill climb that would have been a mud slide.
