Id probably strip most of the extras off 1st. I know it would be painful to the wallet, I have almost 30k miles in one year and paid way too much for the truck to begin with. Anyone familiar with katzkin interiors, I think one of us used these guys for a new interior.

Didn't we all! We all wanted to be the first on the road with the 'newest' Hummer! Good luck to you! You're right .. someone here had replaced his cloth seats with leather, but I can't remember who it was. All I remember is that he was having trouble connecting up the electric seat controls..it wasn't a good match in that respect (wiring). I never did see the update. Why don't you talk to the Parts Dept. Mgr at the dealer, find out who their supplier is and take it from there? We have leather and sunroof .. can't imagine being without either.

Excuse me now.....I have to go was my mouth out with soap and bash my fingers with a hammer for saying and typing ..Wrecked Hummer H3

Re: I want leather
Anyone ( F5) know if it's possible to hook up the auto seats and heaters on the E BAY ones if I don't have them know?

I know this is a little dated, but others may be interested as well to know the answer.
Yes, you can install factory power seats in your vehicle even if it didn't come with them. I don't know if the harness is in place, but it's not hard to run wires under the seats if needed. It just needs an acc and b+ wire. You can ground to the floor pan.
I've installed katzkins in a past vehicle of mine and bought their seat heater and massager package. The leather is very high quality and it only took an afternoon to get everything installed.

Re: I want leather
Here is a place that covers Vette seats. He does outstanding work and most of it is custom. He may consider doing Hummer seats if you contact him.
