#1 not sure check manual, Try it with the truck on a 40 degree incline facing north
#2 flat tire icon in the middle above odometer.
#3 You cant see it on display. Go to onstar and register and you will get a report once a month with % remainng(I dont use this because it will have you go 10,000 to 12,000 miles on your oil 
.
I also belive you can hit the on star button and they will tell you.
