Memphis PD has a few of those.. All were drug seizures though, not tax dollars.. A Corvette, a skyjacked Silverado and a black Escalade with 24" spinners come to mind, but I think there are a couple more around..

There are a couple of local Army recruiters around here with that same Hummer as well.. Can't say I've ever heard 'em thumpin' though.. I think most kids would prolly be more impressed by a millitary issue Hummer than an H3 though..
