I have an early build H3, and have installed the Navigation upgrade. On my h3 it was a very simple plug and play. I had the stock factory six disc chnager with XM. The hardest part is mounting the Nav antenna behind the dashboard. (which is still very easy). Total install time 20 - 30 mins tops. I don't think anything has changed with the wiring since they first started building the h3, but you may want to check with others on the forum to verify. I even added a backup cam and 10 disc dvd changer to the factory nav with an addon interface unit from Navtvtogo.com.
