Today is my last day at work and I can't wait to get outta here. The last 2 weeks have been not so good! But it's all good now!

Listen man, you have an expectation of a trouble free work environment, as well as a reasonable accomodation to personal incidents that arise during your life and employ. If you've notified the right people in your agency/ firm/ company, whatever you call it, and they fail to correct the conditions making your work environment free from harrassment or retribution, then you have a case fro OEEO (Ofice for Equal Employment Opportunity).
