There is no real benefit to powder coating rims etc, except appearance. They are no more practical than regular rims, less so in fact, as it gets scratched off and needs to be touched up. Rattle canning is definitely more practical, but still a touch of the same.


Changing out chrome door handles etc just shows you were a blinger and bowed to peer pressure

Mine is an adventure and the only factory bling were the mirrors. Dorr handles were black. Also the black wheels help hide brake dust and reduce glare to other wheelers who may be blinded by chrome wheels while trying to spot, etc. , so are functional!
