They have to launch Saturn first, since their system went away already. So, next month Saturn launches, then they phase in over the next four-five months. I need access to Saturn's new Outlook for my work.

I have no idea what has happened . But, as I needed to squeeze strongly in order to make them in place, I don't think it easily comes off. So, I guess that there were no jounce bumpers from the beginning.
