If you buy and extended now before the current runs out you usally do not need an inspection. Do not buy a GMPP one unless you travel all over the country alot. The dealer probally sell an aftermarket one for much less but get a quote on both GMPP and Aftermarket warrenty. It will pay for it's self after one electronics or drive train problem. Let me know how much they want to charge you

After reading some of the problems members have had on this forum .. and after some of the stuff I've had to have done ...annnnd, being that ours are among the first of a NEW Hummer model (mine purchased in Aug.2005) .. I wouldn't want to be without warranty.
