Yep. Started on the driver's side last night. I chopped off the brackets last night. Got them all sanded down, ready for welding.
Tonight I'll mount them, tack them, and hopefully get to welding everything.

Update: Both sides are tacked and I've removed them from the rig.
I started the welding last night, hope to finish everything by this weekend. Much fun!

This is such great news that we have a fellow welder in the house...now to those tabs for the Ford 8.8 in the rear.....
