Paragon and I wore trash bag like things in New Orleans for a whole weekend. We were there for Mardi Gras and it rained the whole weekend. Sucked for the guys, kind of hard to show your tits when everyone is in trash bags.  (not me showing tits, by the way)

In the winter? Oh...Texas. Up here I think you'd need a whole box of bags before they'd be useful in the winter.
