why doesnt my dealer care?  i have threatened, blackmailed and assulted them and no gain. Well not the last two, just threatened them with the survey.

Trust me- if I wouldn't go to jail for blowing my dealership up- they'd already be gone. My salesman and the front desk guy were the best however everyone else is terrible.

You're not the only one. I've casually mentioned the survey a few times .. peppering my conversation with, "I like filling out surveys .. can't wait to send back the GM Survey once all is completed!". At the end, when the dealer said these issues were normal for H3's, he said, "You have to do what you have to do". So, it seems that it means more to some than others. However, f5fstop is always right on ... it SHOULD make the difference for the dealer when a survey is sent in.
