there's been roughly 15 document serial killers from Canada which has a national population 1/10th that of the United States. There have been less than 100 serial killers in the US.

they're the reason why wheelers have such a horrid reputation in that area. They have no respect for the trails or others. He even stated he has no problem using a tree to pivot on instead of simply driving around it.

It's these kind of off-road types that should be inspected and removed from the trails.
