I agree with F5 on this one - the shooter needs to be strung up as appropriate.

As for the surviving kids, they should be sentenced to a year of body shop and detailing work. As a long time scholar and practitioner of criminal justice and sociology, I have found that in many instances, perpetrators often would not have initiated a criminal had they had a measure of respect for the victim or property.

If they don't get the point after that, barring a crime of violence, then the punichment dial should be turned to "fry".


I have a feeling that those kids who just saw their friend get shot in the back, will not require a strong talking to, let alone any punishment. They are probably:
1. Scared to sh*t at this time
2. psychologically scared for life
3. Both
