My wife use to work for Sprint, they suck, glad you got help. Dish Network does the same thing. If you have Dish you cannot cancel and then rejoin in the future to take advantage of any promos. They wanted me to sign back up at full pop. I waited a week and signed up via a new phone number and recived all the good stuff.
