Such bad news about Paragon. The only place left I know of is Raush Creek. They're going to be swamped.

I don't know if anything else will open. Land that close to the interstate is probably skyrocketing in value (hotels, warehouses, distribution centers). So anything else is probably going to be harder to access, which isn't a big deal. There's no place here in Central PA as most of it's flat, and the mountain areas are either State Game Lands or worth a lot as residential plots.
