Put that house on the top of Diamond Ridge or somewhere out near Pradera and your looking at a 3 mill piece of property......

OMG .. here in S. Cal, it would be in the $10+ million price range. TX is so much more affordable, though that is changing now in San Antonio as that city gets more and more people relocating there from other states.
By the way, when we lived in Houston for a short time, our home had bidets too! What is it with TX and bidets???? ROFLOL!

I wish, Moon. Real estate in S. California is astronomical. We have a home like Devilsfan in our area ( I don't know how many rooms hers has) that just went for 9.9 mil. A small 2 bed/2 bath, small ranch-type home in our area goes for anywheres between $2.8 to $3 mil. Most homes in this area, though go between $3 mil up to $14 mil... with a few even higher. Cost of living is high out here.Quote:
