WTF- Drivers Window stuck Down, Power locks stopped working

I dropped it off at the dealer this morning. They said the connector inside the door came apart where it plugged into the controls. Seems they have those clips to stop that from happening, guess they failed.

After talking with them, I could have taken the panel off and fixed it. My luck, I would have broken the door panel removing it.

Sounds like maybe a connector behind the door panel worked loose. Shouldn't be too hard to remove the trim panel and check.
