Re: Gettin SC installed today
Only 2 more hours before I get to pick up my baby.
I feel like a am picking up a hot hooker and it is all legal. I can't wait.
Damn, it costs as much as high dollar hooker in Vegas,, or so I have heard. I am a contented married man.
I love my wife.
But the H2 is going to give her some "stiff" competition now that I have a Hummer and Blower(SC)

Re: Gettin SC installed today
I am in love, the SC is awesome, it makes the H2 run as it should on the highway, no downshifting and my rpm's are easily down 500, should definitely save on gas if I can keep my lead foot off the petal. Man it is fun to drive now, highly recommended.

Sorry but there is no way a SC is going to lower your RPM at all. The only way to lower RPM's for a set speed is with gearing.

Your are so wrong and right o2....my rpms are 500 lower because when I am on the highway, I no longer have to drop down a gear just to stay at 60mph
docb I am running the SC on a stock set up. I keep telling myself that I am going to quit screwing around and leave the H2 alone but I can't help it, I'm addicted. So I am sure at some point in the distant future I will make some additional mods to the engine.

Re: Gettin SC installed today
wingnut, how is the acceleration? I just really am dying to know how much better the acceleration and such is... i am a sports car fanatic, and overall i really am happy with how fast mine already is for such a big and heavy truck, but I would LOVE to go faster and even smoke the tires.... what can I say, I am HONDO and want to be "that guy" hahahh so I am really trying to figure out what results I will actually see.
got any videos of it? Id love to see how it moves when you stomp on it!
Thanks!

Re: Gettin SC installed today
Matt, even with the SC you have to remember that this is a 6,500 lb brick, with a high wind drag coefficient, all wheel drive and a transmission designed for climbing up a hill at slow speeds. So don't expect miracles.
I am also rollin on 37" Toyo MT's, can you say more drag.
That being said, I can still get up and go and shock the sh!t out of the little ricers next to me, who are so blinded from staring at my CHROME wheels that they never see it coming, they just put their hands together and bow to the almighty H2 Bling God.
I will try to get a video for you. It is kind of hard to drive with you knees and film the speedo while experiencing such tremondous g's
