I'm also good with later in the week. I wasn't originally planning on getting to Moab before the 9th anyway.
I got at room at the Super Eight from the 9th-14th. I have some friends coming down later in the week with their Jeeps.
We'll see if White Rim works out this trip, if not maybe next time. I only live a few hours away.

its allmost april tim , just hang in there man
do we have a couple H2's and a winch available for a early week golden spike run ? Beebs and i have to redeem ourselves on that trail . i think if we make it this time we will be the first H3's to make it all the way . theres some spots we will have to winch the 3's and may need some tie rods for the 2's someone bring a couple front diffs for us h3s .

Here's my thoughts about running GOlden Spike. Since the dealer from SLC Seiner HUMMER will be coming down on the 12th-13th-14th, maybe we should run it well before that? This way they can bring parts down with them, and since there are tech's coming down, maybe they can do the installation(s). ...just a thought for those wanting to run the harder trails. No sense in doing it at the end of the week and than try to figure out how and where to get parts.

i gotta pass on btr until i get golden spike finished to my satisfaction 
i will do a ride along on BTR anytime i heard some crazy $hit about that trail , it can get crazy winchin $hit outa there .

You guys are crazy.
BTR and Pritchett? I would love to ride with you, but I don't want to have my daily driver towed home in boxes.
I think the 3's are great all around wheelers, but those (4+) extreme trails are better suited to Mad Max lookin rigs. Right after JS they will probably be heinous with all the buggies going through there, shoot video!

We can do some easier stuff that is still interesting and fun.
My H3 is my daily drive also, but you want to have rock rails and underbody protection.
There's levels of trails for everyones taste.
The first two times I went I had my base model, we traded that in last fall for the adventure. |
